Covid-19 has changed the business landscape suddenly for almost all the firm in the world. It is possible to argue that some businesses might suffer more than others, and they face major challenges in order to survive and develop in the near future. In many cases, it is necessary to rethink the business model and invest in new relationships to serve different market segments. Based on the Italian occurrence, the study aims to unfold how small wineries will continue to reach their consumers in a changeable situation.
