Determinants of job pursuit intention and organisational attractiveness in a disaster recovery framework: evidence from the hospitality industry

The present paper aims at shedding some light on how to recruit talents in the hospitality industry in a post-disaster scenario. Although it is not always possible to clearly define what the characteristics of a “talent” (Lewis & Heckman, 2006) are, companies consider talent management one of the most challenging issues in managing human resources (Collings et al., 2015; Ashton & Morton, 2005).
