The purpose of this study is to define how organizations successfully engage stakeholders virtually in times when physical interactions are impossible. With many universities in the US and worldwide operating exclusively in an online and virtual environment, there is a need to develop a better understanding of universities’ strategic organizational communication during long lasting crisis (January – May 2020).
