The birth of an organisation is a unique and unrepeatable phenomenon, which is the result of positive and negative circumstances. Moreover, it is based on the capability of the initiators of the organisation to reach an agreement that would satisfy all stakeholders needs. Setting up an organisation requires the will to become an entrepreneur and the capabilities required to acquire the resources needed and to realise the project and guarantee its credibility.
The phases during which the decision of setting up an organisation (and other strategic decisions concerning it, like where and when to enter the market) may be changed, are particularly important.
