Il divenire della finanza tra logiche di sistema e comportamenti imprenditoriali
This paper aims at contributing to the debate about the recent development of the financial industry in the light of the sweeping effects of the last year crisis. This issue has been analyzed under two different perspectives: on the one hand the systemic complexity behind the globalization of the financial industry and on the other hand the strategic management of the companies that belong to the financial system. The crisis, in fact, showed how the globalization of the financial industry is no more sustainable without rules able to grant its development in a systemic perspective.
