Impegno individuale e impegno organizzativo per la creatività e l'innovazione nell'impresa
This paper points out the peculiarities of the essential commitment of the enterprise by which creativity arises. With this purpose it postulates that creativity cannot be expressed exclusively or principally along the technical definition of innovation: rather a more ordinary, continuous and systematic nature of creativity can be noticed in the acts of the human subjects that, when facing small and big decisions engage in problem solving as premise to decision making. As such creativity is immanent to choices and becomes especially effective if it is institutionalized and managed in order to obtain competitive advantages and thus the success of the enterprise.
