La ri-legittimazione sociale dellimpresa
The article aims at proposing a new approach towards a widely and frequently discussed issue of corporate social responsibility. The author tries to check if the presented approach may lead to a better formulation of logical and methodological assumptions used during todays investigations into companies. The analysis bases on a wide literature of environmental changes which focuses on the companys complexity and its historical evolution. In particular, the article gathers the most important elements of the current discussion and underlines significance of a fundamental joint between the companys economics and policy: the profit as a main object of the companys activity. The convergence of the ways of reasoning seems to be a necessity of harmony between economy and society, on behalf of which should act a university as a resource of new proposals.
