The question of corporate governance becomes more and more present in the enterprises life. New problems concern the matter: – tranparency demand, – social liability of the enterprise.
Governance so becomes the field where are shown – and have to be solved: – interests in conflict, – conflicts of interest, – matches of interests, – among the several enterprises stakeholder. The time of crisis and, so much more, the redevelopment, result such as to simplify the recourse and the charge to the above mentioned conflicts.
