The study is meant to analyze the role played by human relationships within the dynamic development process of the firm, which is considered as an organization, i.e. a complex of individuals aiming at achieving common goals. The paradigm founded on an individuals – relationships system is key to identify the main drivers behind the firms productive process and output. Efficiency of the former heavily relies on the quality and frequency of communication efforts. Innovation, hereby considered as a firms main output, strictly depends on shared behavior models, as well as the availability of a common language, and common moral and cognitive codes. To sum up, while constituting a single body with its own individuality, the firm can also be identified as a sum of individuals, each one contributing to the growth of the whole entity.
